Villa “Bondoni” is located less than 10 minutes from the airport at Muscat Hills Golf Course – Oman’s first and only PGA Golf course. It enjoys a south west facing commanding view overlooking the golf course and the rugged Jebel Akhdar mountain range in the distance. A natural 50 metre wadi separates the villa from the golfers which offers a degree of privacy (and safety) from wayward golfers.

The villa enjoys the exclusivity of being in the grounds of the Muscat Hills Golf Course Development. The neighbours on either side of the villa are personal friends and will respect our guests’ privacy.

The shops and restaurants are easily accessible and are a short distance (10 – 20 mins) away from the villa using the excellent road network

The villa is surrounded by its own private garden.

It is on three floors including a roof terrace.

Downstairs enjoys marble floors and is mainly open plan. It has three reception areas including a very large living room, dining room and TV room. It also has a downstairs toilet with a power shower, kitchen with an informal dining area, utility room and upstairs has 4 luxurious and comfortable en-suite bedrooms which can either accommodate 4 couple or families. Three of the rooms have their own balconies.

The large garden has been designed by Oman’s leading horticulturist and lends itself to relaxation as well as friendly and competitive activities including croquet, boule and swimming.
