Located 20 minutes north of Muscat city, the Chedi hotel is an exclusive beach resort offering world class facilities. Designed in the style of traditional Omani architecture with a low rise building, the Chedi is situated on a beach front. Facilities include a Spa, well equipped library with internet access, a boutique and two swimming pools, one reserved for adults only.

The award winning restaurant offers Mediterranean and Asian influenced cuisine. In addition there are two poolside cabanas offering snacks.

The luxury accommodation comprises:

Serai Superior rooms which are located in the 4 storey Serai wing with views of either the Indian Ocean or the mountains.

Deluxe rooms are scattered amongst the one and two storey Chedi wing with rooms looking out to the Indian Ocean or the mountains. Ground floor rooms enjoy the view of the ponds. Both categories of room have a bathroom with a shower only.

Chedi Club suites are located closer to the beach front and are either single or two storeys. Each suite consists of a luxurious bedroom, spacious bathroom with a sunken bath and a separate shower and a sitting room. The ground floor suites have a private sun terrace whereas the upper floor suites offer uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Chedi Club guests can take their breakfast and evening cocktails in the library.

All the rooms have a double bed with room for a sofa bed, and are air - conditioned, with IDD telephones, satellite television and mini bars. There are no twin bedded rooms at the Chedi although some beds have two mattresses.
