The highlight of the holiday though was the five day trip to the interior. We had a wonderful guide in Akram and he couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Everyone was welcoming, we felt safe and secure at all times even when left to our own devices in souks and villages and never once did we feel anything but joy at seeing such a lovely place. We never felt uneasy, were never bothered by people trying to sell us things and, because we dressed appropriately, never looked at with anything but smiles. The scenery was beautiful and so varied, the quality of service was excellent and your attention to detail and organisation made it a relaxing, exciting and very good holiday.
